Omnia mutantur nihil interit - limited edition print, hand embellished by the artist
Omnia Mutantur Nihil Interit is a limited edition fine art print (one of only 30 copies worldwide) by Uslada, hand-embellished by the artist herself. The original acrylic and Murano glass on canvas painting (60x80 cm / 24x31 inches) is part of a private collection and not available for sale.
This work is the titular piece of Uslada's Omnia Mutantur Nihil Interit series ("Everything Changes But Nothing is Gone"), which explores the eternal cycles of transformation through life's profound dualities. Accompanied by the artist's own poem:
"Everything changes but nothing is gone.
Love and betrayal, I know you.
Pleasure and pain, you were both mine.
Hatred and sweetness, I’ve looked into your eyes.
Sadness and ecstasy, I’ve swum in your deep waters and I’ve climbed your breathtaking heights.
Birth and death - I know your deep embrace.
Everything changes but nothing is gone,"
the painting invites contemplation of how forms shift. Love is followed by betrayal, pleasure turns to pain, sadness yields to ecstasy, birth leads to death—yet the essence endures. Nothing truly perishes; experiences transform while their core remains luminous and integral.
In Uslada's Imaginal Symbolism style, it uses rich acrylic layers and embedded Murano glass (reflected in the print's embellishments) to evoke resilience, acceptance, and transcendent peace amid inevitable change — a visual meditation on spiritual continuity, wholeness, and the beauty of life's flowing dualities.
Print Details:
Limited edition of 30 copies worldwide, priced at CHF 550.00 each.
Printed on archival-quality Canson Satin Paper (270g) in a top-range artisanal studio for exceptional color fidelity and longevity.
Hand-embellished personally by Uslada using small quantities of the same acrylic paints from the original painting. She enhances select areas — usually with gold, silver, or iridescent liquid acrylic paint that reflects light and subtly shifts colors depending on viewing angle and lighting — adding unique luminosity and depth without altering the original composition, colors, or outlines. For every print order, Uslada makes individual artistic decisions on which parts to accentuate, making each copy truly one-of-a-kind with her personal touch.
Size: 45x60 cm (17.7x23.6 inches) image area, plus an additional 1.5–2 cm (0.7–1 inch) white border around the image for signing and framing flexibility. Sold unframed — we recommend professional framing with UV-protective glass after receipt.
Signed and numbered by the artist, accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
Individually produced to order (not from stock) and shipped within 7–10 working days in protective cardboard tubes. Taxes and international shipping rates apply.
