The artist does not change the colors or outlines of the original image, she only enhances them by applying small quantities of the same paint that she used in the original painting. With every print order fulfilled, the artist will decide which parts of the reproduction will be enhanced with which type of paint. Usually the artist’s favorite way to work on these prints is by applying gold or silver liquid acrylic paint, or iridescent paint that reflects the light and changes colors depending on how light falls on the print.
